Quick Easy Dinner Rolls
I know you’re super busy, so let’s just skip right to the really easy dinner roll recipe, shall we?
Add the following ingredients to a mixing bowl in the order listed:
- 1 1/4 C HOT water
- 1 1/4 C Room temp milk
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 TBSP yeast (I use Red Star)
- 2 eggs
- 6 C all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
Mix/knead for about 5 minutes. (I use a stand mixer) If dough is too sticky or doesn’t form a ball simply add a few tablespoons of flour at a time until a soft, but stretchy dough forms.
Set aside to rise for 20-30 minutes.
After dough has risen, punch down and divide into rolls.
Dredge rolls in melted butter and place in a baking pan. Set aside to rise again.
After second rising, bake for about 25 mintues in a 350 degree oven.
